Ivy Glen Park, located off Williams Lake Road across the street from Hess- Hathaway Park, includes 21 private home sites surrounded by a buffer nature area. The subdivision is located just down the street from another BPH Communities development, The Bluffs at Williams Lake Crossing.

Starting in the $300,000 range, buyers can choose from six available models, including colonial and ranch options, with three and four-bedroom floor plans. Square footage ranges between 1,700 and 2,400, respectively.

Models include The Hanover, a three bed, 2.5 bath colonial (1,966 SF); The Cambridge, a three-bed, two bath ranch (1,717 SF); The Columbia, a three-bed, 2.5 bath colonial (2,110 SF); The Princeton, a three-bed, two bath split ranch (1,900 SF); The Amherst, a four-bed, 2.5 bath colonial (2,476 SF); and The Columbia, a four-bed, 2.5 bath colonial (2,227 SF.)

Features include granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, fireplace with custom mantle (in select models), attached two and three-car garages, and a variety of new energy features, among others.

“The house you see here could be $400,000 somewhere else, but we’re in the $350,000 price range,” BPH President Craig Piasecki said. “I think we offer a lot more for your money. Here, you get a lot of the nice upgrades that you would pay a lot extra for with other builders.”

“One thing that really impresses the customer is when they go into our samples room and see that basically everything is standard,” Sales Manager Carol Klein said. “Quality is at the top of our list.”

Ivy Glen Park is BPH’s fifth development in the White Lake Township/Lakes Area. Most recently, they broke ground on their The Bluffs at Williams Lake Crossing development. Located just south of M-59, the 31-home subdivision has both ranch and colonial style homes starting in the $250’s. The project is expected to finish sometime next year.

“Ivy Glen is the most unique of all our communities. When you pull in, everyone is so impressed with the landscaping and pond with fountain,” Klein said. “When people come in, you can be proud that this is where you live.”

“Value. Quality. Trust.”

Established in 2013, BPH Communities is based in Commerce Township and is managed by licensed builders Craig Piasecki, Paul Brandt and Craig Hills. After working together for over 15 years and then several years on their own, they decided to join forces four years ago.

Since then, they have prided themselves on building communities that uphold their tagline: value – quality – trust.

“When you look at our homes and see the value you receive for your money, like granite and hardwood in the kitchen, we offer high quality at a fair price,” Piasecki said.

“We use each other for knowledge and we all work together,” Brandt said. “Nobody sits high on a pedestal in our company.”

Development on Ivy Glen Park is expected to finish sometime later this year. Moving forward, Piasecki says they are gauging other possible projects in the communities of Milford or Canton, but currently have no specifics.

The Ivy Glen Park sales office is located at 8002 Ivy Glen Park Lane in White Lake. Models are open daily and on weekends from 12 to 5 p.m. or by appointment. For more information, call Carol Klein, sales manager, at 248-866-1904.
